Initiated and Started Nomi Network Inc Project supported by US State Department to Promote Alternate Livelihood Opportunities for the victims of human trafficking. The project started in 2012 from Bihar India, later on from 2016 onward we expanded the work in other states of India (West Bengal and Orissa). Presently I am heading Bihar and West Bengal Project and managing 5 Implementing partners. So far we trained and employed more than 3000 women and girls living in and around the Red Light area of Bihar and West Bengal. Represented Nomi's work in Solution Exchange UNDP and DAY NULM during framing the NULM project for the Urban Poor Selected as a Prestigious Ford Motor Company 92Y street Fellowship in 2014 and Completed one month course in Columbia University of New YorkSelected as a Second winner during the Sitaram Rao Livelihoods India Case Study Competition for 2013 Represented Nomi in UN WOMEN Delhi

It was great achievement when i was awarded by the prestigious Ford Motor Company Fellowship and went to United States May 2014 to June 2014, and during the fellowship i attended classes at Columbia University in NY, completed the course on Management development program for the development sector professionals. During this fellowship we were visited YALE University, Ford Motor Company world head quarter, and met so many friends from the different countries

I had been managing and monitoring vocational Education Training Program for the Rural Unemployed Youths from BPL category, in west Bengal trained and placed 300 Rural Youths in Different trades, Established good linkages with KFC, CCD, PZZA HUT, Hero Motor, Honda Motor, Restaurant. Managed and monitor 20 staff members from 4 iLEAD centers. simultaneously Managed and Monitored 5 NGO Partners from western odissa working on Migrant Children Project. Created a strong reporting, monitoring system to monitor and help the migrant children migrating with their families to other stares of India to work on brick kilns
