• Booking the invoices/Prepayment/Expenses claim into Microsoft Dynamic Navision and make the timely payment.• Application of chart of Accounts for all Location.• Receiving the PO and Non-PO Based invoices through the agreed Documentation Process. • Review and validate Basic essential of valid invoice like supplier name, PO, Bank details & invoice date etc.• Review the invoices & take the necessary approval from compliance manager and Director to make the payment.• Vendor ledger reconciliation.• Bank reconciliation.• Regular reconciliation of GL Accounts that belong to AP.• Payment applying entries and bank reconciliation.• Contribution to the development and Improvement of the AP Process.• Preparing various reports (i.e.: AP Aging Report, AP Reconciled Reports etc.)• Handling the Order processing in Accounts Receivables Vertical.• Receiving, verifying and fulfilling the customer’s order.• Coordinator with Client, Logistics and Customer.• Processing EDI, Manual and FOB Orders in Microsoft Dynamic Navision.• Issuing Credit Notes & Claims Rejection Invoices to the customer.• Follow-Ups with customers for payments.• Payment applying entries and bank reconciliation.• Preparing various reports (i.e. Debtors Aging Report, Customer Reconciliation & EOD Report.)
