Managing a ~$350k project with leading a team of 9 which involves overseeing the full product life cycle management from: initial Preliminary Design Review of Scientific and Engineering Requirements (SER), Safety Data Packet (SDP), and Cost & Risk Analysis, to the building of each component of the product from base and associated documentation for the upcoming Critical Design Review- Leading the design of an imager used for taking images in Ionosphere. This includes: SER of the entire imager, decisions for building the optimal sensor, building optimally to fit the Unit and process the data from the Sensor using FPGA- Conducting Options Analysis and making recommendations to key Stakeholders- Responsible for securing the RSSSA license from the Global Affairs Canada - Developing reports and presentations to the stakeholders, including Canada Space Agency (CSA) & Nanoracks.- Managing effective communications between internal teams: Quality, Systems Integration, Data Analysis. This ensures teams' workflow is efficient & streamlined.- Developing project management and business plans, monitoring budgets and billings to ensure the project stays on course- Initiate & coordinate social media and other outreach efforts. This is to facilitate growth in community awareness of the project and increase participation in STEM fields among youth.
