The RAVE Foundation, the official charitable arm of the Seattle Sounders, is a 501c-3 public charity which was founded in 2013 to serve the greater Puget Sound community. Its mission: To build small fields for free play and invest in programs that use soccer as a vehicle to inspire youth and strengthen communities.The RAVE Foundation has three core strategies: First, to use soccer as a vehicle to empower and inspire; Second, to remove barriers to participation on and off the field; and, Third, to support, catalyze and strengthen communities. By building small fields, the RAVE Foundation provides a place for kids to play freely, be physically active and safe, and to be inclusive stakeholders in their communities.

As a co-founder, I played an instrumental role in building a global organisation across seven countries. My primary focus was on leading product and engineering initiatives, and my work frequently intersected with compliance, marketing, operations and recruiting. As a software engineer, I conceptualized, designed, and implemented two critical applications: a travel booking engine (flyruby.com) and a charter management application (rubyfbo.com). In addition to my development responsibilities, I implemented and managed the server deployment strategy, ensuring seamless performance and uptime for our users. I also developed web services to integrate with existing charter and aircraft management software, enabling users to easily search, book and manage their charters in one place.

As the lead developer for ToMamaWithLove.org, an innovative and interactive social change site, I played a critical role in its development and launch. Within just one week of going live, the site garnered significant attention and support, with features on Mashable and hundreds of blogs, over 10,000 site visits, and nearly $20,000 raised in contributions from individuals across six continents.In addition to my development responsibilities, I served as the project coordinator, effectively managing a team of five developers and designers and coordinating code changes and bug fixes. Through my leadership and expertise, we were able to successfully bring the project to fruition and make a meaningful impact.

Research assistant at the prestigious Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon. Working under Prof. David Bourne, principal scientist, and Dr. Matt Mason, Chairman of the Robotics Institute. The project is on automation of cell phone assembly by using ABB's IRB series Robotic arm and a custom design gripper.My role in the team is that of a programmer and analyst, with most of the work done towards utilizing ABB's Robot Studio software's API to command the robot as well as perform geometrical analysis in C# using Robot Studio's API's.

Planned and executed logistics which included catering, event day management of speakers and attendees. Managed a team of 12 student volunteers.

I oversaw multiple aspects of our business, including managing day-to-day operations, nurturing client relationships, and driving new business development initiatives. I played a critical role in designing and prototyping the beta version of our first product, working closely with my co-founder to ensure a seamless development and design process. In addition, I led a team of five professionals in collecting valuable data from retailers in and around New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida to inform our product development and marketing strategies. Through my effective management and coordination, our team was able to successfully index over 10k retail stores in the NCR region, and launch our beta product.
