Project involves Assembly Layout, Part drawings design, Stroke setting design & selection of Ball screws, LM Guides, Axis motors. Product Validation & Value Engineering.Design and Development of the Vertical moulding machine (Disa 150,250,350 mould speed/Hour), Core setter, Quick pattern changer, Automatic mould conveyor, synchronized belt conveyor, for the customer productivity enhancement. Project involves Machine Costing, Machine Layout drawing, Part drawings (Casting /Fabrication /Machining), Assembly Drawings, design Releases, Product Validation & Value Engineering. Design and Development of Vertical moulding machines, Automatic mould conveyor, Synchronised belt Conveyor, Quick patter change, Core setter as per the requirement of customer and market.• Design and Development of Double Column Milling machining centres includes Structure Design, Casting/Machining designs, sub assembly & Final Assembly of Machines with Accessories selection as per the requirement of customer and market.• Work involves the layout planning (Concepts), Cost budgeting for the finalized concept.• Technical review of mechanical drawings, check the feasibility for manufacturing and Assembly.• Regular Interaction with the Assembly and Manufacturing department for Improvisation of product and Cost Reduction (Product Validation & Value Engineering).• Design and Development of Electrical Cabinets and Machine Guards using Catia & Solid works.• Preparation of BOM in Bluestar, SAP and release the drawing for planning, procurement, and manufacturing.
