Coming from an underprivileged background in India, we want to convert lack of resources for students and professionals into a land of opportunities. Growing up it was our parents who continuously made sure what we need to focus on everyday. Never let your strengths be dull and keep honing those skills. We want to bring that kind of nurturing to solve the problem of unemployment and lack of opportunities at an early stage of an individual’s life than later. I always wondered “how is it that the IIT coaching centers or tutorship at an early age of a student’s life is such a booming business in India”After cracking IIT but rejecting that, it made sense to go to NUS. Getting a taste of living in Singapore and U.S. personally we felt that it is the “nurturing personalized experience for a student who would tell me what to focus on” is what is missing and is the root cause of under privileged backgrounds facing difficulty to rise up. So the idea is to look at the root cause, while maintaining the thought that providing recruiting solutions is not the right way to provide opportunities. It’s the missing nurturing at an early stage of student’s life.Our product approach is based on a simple fact that there’s no individual in the world who doesn’t have that one thing they are good at. Our vision to nurture that strength and connect it with the right resources , personalized to play with their strengths than their weakness to decentralize education and career opportunities sector.
