• Customer Insight, Business Incubation & Product Development: Developed business concept using design thinking, market research, set up association with local manufacturers, supply chain systems and launched Eska’s first collection in in Bangalore, India in 2014• Project for Government of India in 2016: Designed the official International Yoga Day t-shirt selected by an eminent jury which has been worn by over eighty thousand people globally at annual events led by India’s Prime Minister Narendar Modi. • Branding, Marketing, Business Development: Organised pop-up brand shops in major cities in collaboration with three of India’s foremost Yoga teachers, including Bharat Thakur, Seema Sondhi and Mini Shastri. Invited to participate in exhibitions held by the US Embassy New Delhi and India Today Media Group. Collaborated with e-commerce websites like Jaypore E-Commerce Pvt Ltd and Natty.com. • Creative Collaboration & Community Engagement: Invited to present sustainable yoga-inspired collection by International Workshop on Natural Dyes in Hyderabad, and invited to give a guest lecture to final year students at National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi

Responsibilities included design development, marketing, visual merchandising, branding, coordinating export orders and acquiring bulk order clients, event management, graphic design, and media coordination.• Consumer Insight, Product Ideation & Development: Created capsule collection of sustainable fashion under the label ‘Shivani Nirula for Creative Bee’. Conducted eco-textile talks for international textile tour groups.

• Design, Product Development & Manufacturing Immersion: Designed and executed sampling of children’s wears collection selected by Marks and Spencer’s, analysed the structure of vertically integrated circular knitwear industry in India with focus on merchandising.
