I served as the finance lead for a $600m procurement and source-to-pay global outsourcing program. As finance lead, I managed multiple assignments, including finance business case and benefit realisation development, while meeting the daily needs and deadlines of the program. In addition, I oversaw and managed the pricing guidelines and structure of the deal. My responsibilities included strategic supplier comparative analysis and technical scoring through the RFP, BAFO and final contract negotiations. My participation in the final contract negotiations ensured delivery of all commercial provisions associated with the deal.
