For instance, organizing the harvest festival celebration for interns allowed me to develop and showcase my management and organizational skills. Additionally, serving as an interim team lead on a project provided me with invaluable experience in team management and leadership.Moreover, I've had the privilege of engaging with esteemed individuals such as the city police commissioner during a session, attending workshops on Advocacy and Allyship on the occasion of International Women's Day, and interacting with my BU mentors, trainers, and coaches all have been enriching experiences. I joined Infovue to gain some practical exposure to real-life projects and implement my learnings on them. I got in a team where we are supposed to work on pcon modules: upgrade the current or develop new modules as per requirement. We collectively work on different modules and learned from other team members as well. I was the team lead of two teams. Volunteering in a real time environment, Need to conduct surveys, communicate with parents, students,teachers and convince them for sessions. Initially there were no volunteers. I managed it all alone. After new volunteers added,learning to manage team and coordination, within the span of 3-4 month i conducted 25+ sessions in the city including 3 schools and two localities.
