As the country Operations Manager, I established the India office space, the operations for the team in India, and built a team of 12 people for the Australian publishing giant within the first year of operations. I was responsible for the people and culture management of the office and acted as the primary link between the Australian executive management and the staff in India. I also oversaw and supervised the day-to-day functioning operations of the office and the staff. My primary goal was to create an 'employee-first' culture in the India office which also meant culture creation and management. As part of my role as the country operations manager, I also created innovative processes for administration, and recruitment where I built a team of qualified and passionate professionals within a year to work on various brands published by nextmedia Australia.

As the Ad Ops Campaign Manager, I was responsible for client management in the B2B Sales department.The primary responsibility as an ACM was to manage end-to-end Ad Campaigns for various technology clients for our brands such as CRN, iTnews, Bit, IoTHub and Digital Nation. I also presented insights and reports to clients as part of client and campaign management.
