Roles & Responsibilities :- Conducting detailed Profile Consultation of both inbound & outbound leads (via tele-calling)- Performing the Profile Evaluation & Lead Qualification process of the consulted leads on the basis of objective & subjective parameters- Concisely Briefing the prospects about the company & Building Rapport with the prospects.- Post Lead Qualification, working closely with Senior Associates [i.e. Study Abroad Advisors] to drive leads and engage with them to understand their requirements by scheduling one-on-one comprehensive counselling sessions- Running strategic & customized Follow-Ups (calls/texts/emails) on the prospects to get in maximum mandates- Reporting to the senior management with the everyday Work Report

Roles & Responsibilities :- Creating a strong pipeline of prospects through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.- Identifying and developing strategic professional relationships with potential customers via tele calling.- Engaging with prospects on call and doing sales conductions through video sessions or in-person meeting (for field sales)- Assisting students and parents across India through consultative sales model via tele sales.- Educating the students & creating a rapport with them by following a structured approach for conversion.- Updating & creating tailored sales proposals for prospective clients and closing sales deal.- Coordinating with the marketing, and technology teams to leverage branding, partnerships and software to help drive growth and conversions.- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met.- Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls to ensure daily targets are met.
