I have overseas exposure of more than three and half years at New York.I have headed Aryavart Bank -Regional Rural Bank for five years. During my tenure I have successfully steered the amalgamation of the two RRBs and turned around the Bank in one year.More than forty five publications on various topics related to socio-economic and banking in journal of India and abroad.Specialties: Treasury Management, International Trade, MSME, Retail and Rural BankingI have got a book published “ Banker by Chance, Leader by Choice”.
