As a Product Support Engineer at Conviva, I am responsilbe for resolving technical issues buusing internal and external tools like databricks, postman,database etc.Investigate and resolve issues related to performance, functionality, and integration, with afocus on streaming and video delivery platforms. Maintain deep knowledge of Conviva's product offerings (e.g., Conviva's streaming analytics, performance optimization tools) to effectively assist customers with queries and technicalchallenges. Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to report bugs, suggest productimprovements, and help with root cause analysis of complex issues. Provide product training and best practices to customers, enabling them to optimize their useof Conviva's tools and services. Handle escalated support issues, ensuring that they areaddressed quickly and efficiently, and keeping customers informed of progress.
