Job Profile at noon e-commerce;• Communication with customers over the phone via chat and email.• Market research on the key competitors and reviewing the policies• Presentations on market researches and customer service• Attending noon’s schedule meetings, briefings and skilled enhancements training.• Documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts working on Zendesk and Genesys.• Escalating the customer cases to the concerned department for accurate resolution.• Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.

Some of the major responsibilities were;• Responsible for record control and handling electronic files to register documents using company’s Electronic Document System.• Records all data according to Company’s procedure.• Support senior managers work with other management staff around the globe, to determine and implement specific technical needs and priorities of the organization.• Assure quality to include completeness, accuracy and compliance with established procedures and updates. • Participating in business meetings, records the minutes of the meeting with accurate standards for future reference.• Responsible for organizing trainings for subordinates and management staff.
