Functional:Linux:- OS Installation and Package/Patch Management.  Configuring pass through in VMWARE ESXI/KVM. NIC Bonding and network configuration. Connectivity given in Server through HBA card. Configuration and management of standard Linux services like SSH, FTP, NFS and Auto Mount LVM and RAID configuration and filesystem management Users and Groups Creation, Profile editing and Administration. Basic Shell Scripting. Automating jobs to run with Cron Disk management (LVM and Raid). Both hardware and software raid are configured on raid levels 0, 1, 5, 10 and 01.  File system management which includes disk space, permissions and ownership related issues. User and Group Management Performance monitoring and resource utilization Management of virtual Linux servers with VMware ESXI. User management with open ldap. Managed Ubuntu server related query. Run level and service management Working on JIRA tool manage IT Tickets as per SLA. Virtualization enabled through KVM in Linux. Image creation of VM from qemu-img tool used. LDAP Integration and maintenance with portal server. Servers, DELL 1950,R410, 610 ,630,HP DL360 G8.VMWARE ESXI 5.5/6:- Use vCenter Server to manage an ESXi host. Server Migration from host to another Host through Vcenter. Add LUN through iscsi and DAS.  Deploy an ESXi host and create virtual machines. Configure virtual networks with vSphere standard switches. Use VMware vSphere® Storage vMotion® to migrate virtual machine storage. Migrate virtual machines with VMware vSphere® vMotion. Perform basic troubleshooting of ESXi hosts, virtual machines, and vCenter Server operations Monitor resource usage and manage resource pools.
