Student Fellowship Program Spring 2023. - Redesigned the website as well as the information architecture of the Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), collaborating with a university UX research professor.- Collaborated with local clients and government to design and maintain their web applications.

- Conducted usability heuristics and cognitive walkthrough to improve the UX of the games, which increased 3-18% session time and revenue.- Documented UX issues and wrote 7 case studies including suggestionsfor the product and engineering team.- Prototyped new creatives, which increased conversion rates by upto 12%- Reported game performance, revenue, and ROAS analysis based on UXMetrics, and event tracking/analytics, ad campaign data.- User acquisition campaigns.

Bangladesh has 1.6 million unorganized RETAIL STORES have not adopted any technology since 1960. Due to the fact, they’re being pushed out of the business by large super-shop & online-giants.In Durjoy DSS, our goal is to help local retail stores to earn more and beyond. Here, we build technologies that the unprivileged people deserve. I am excited about my journey with Durjoy DSS.
