Within this role, I was responsible for leading a community of young students from ages 8-17, as well advisors and counselors of ages 18-24. I was positioned in this role to be a mentor, provide insight and guidance, as well as manage relationships with various stakeholders and investors. I was tasked with providing leadership, inspirational content, and giving many lectures and sessions in order to develop and grow the students and counselors. I oversaw a camp of over 1000 people and managed various funds and operations in order to make it possible.

In this role, I was tasked with recruiting, sourcing, and following on leads for young students to participate in an all-inclusive learning program to help them grow and develop whilst at University. I would create content, give over lectures and mentor students to be able to become mentors themselves.

After studying in Israel in Yeshiva, I came back to South Africa to help with a gap in the Mizrachi community. I founded a community of young married couples. My role involved recruiting and retaining a connection with the various couples. I had to design and implement my own programs in order to attract and gain the many community members that joined. I was the director of sales, relationship building and management.

In this role, I researched content, taught and counseled High school students. I managed a voluntary night program, recruited students, and managed a team of mentors and educators. I researched and maintained relationships with higher education institutions in order to recruit and advise students on future plans beyond school.
