As an account manager I have regularly acted as an intermediary between clients, their agents, contractors, and internal support staff – all of which require thorough attention to detail, careful planning, and a calm, positive nature that fosters trust and ensures client retention and growth.I have worked in the public and private property sector, having been a body corporate account manager. This involved the management of people in a customer-facing role, the administration of trust accounts, and the facilitation of a variety of projects by providing necessary guidance and information to clients to assist with decision-making within planned budgets. This is an extremely busy and high-pressure environment, so time management of both internal and external stakeholders requires clear communication to adequately manage service expectations. As a result of chairing many general meetings and presentations, I am able to think on my feet and perform with confidence to influence outcomes in front of small or large groups of people.When I have a spare moment I enjoy to paint. I have an art company that gives me some limited exposure to components of design, sales and marketing. I have successfully created a variety of promotional works from concept to completion for private and commercial display, much to the satisfaction of those I've worked with.
