As a Principal Quality engineer with 14+ years of experience, I am a visionary leader in leading transformative Quality Engineering initiatives at organizations like General Electric - Renewable Energy, Northern Trust, Morgan Stanley etc. Through the development of innovative test strategies—such as advanced automation frameworks for IoT sensor data testing for wind turbines, UI automation , API automation , CSV report validations , database validations, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), shift-left testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), exploratory testing, and performance testing - I have achieved significant improvements in software quality, cost efficiency, and deployment frequency and reliability for critical projects.• In my role as Principal Quality Architect, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership and collaboration skills by working closely with CTO, Practice Heads, Engineering Heads, Product Managers and development teams.
