I am a Ph.D. candidate at IITB-Monash Research Academy, an Australian-Indian research collaboration formed between the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) and Monash University, Australia.I have around a decade of professional experience, with stints in MNCs, including IBM, Cognizant, and Infosys, as part of Global Delivery teams in IT Consulting and Service Management roles. My technology domain was SAP-ERP Business Intelligence.I am a PMP® and ITIL® Foundation certified professional and well acquainted with various project management principles, delivery processes, best practices, and tools. I founded a small website development firm -- ClickmyTech Solutions LLP, managing its operations for around three years.My research interests fall under the broad umbrella of behavioral operations management, particularly the role of heuristics and biases in decision-making. Specifically, I am investigating human behavioral issues in project management decisions using psychology and consumer research theories.
