CurrentRecruited as associate partner HR operations to Capillary technologies right after completing my master studies. Partner with business executive and senior managers to develop and run business initiative, employee activities and foster employee engagement.• Point of contact for employees- With exceptional interpersonal skills I was able to perform as a person in contact for employee needs to the business and senior managers.• HRMS- Played key role in the transition from the traditional HR tools to Darwin Box tool.• Employee engagement activities- Took up the employee engagement activity role and made innovative activities to improve the employee performance and loyalty to the company.Key roles and responsibilities:• Responsible for offer letter releasing and employee follow-up.• Initiating the onboarding process of new employees in Darwin Box (HRMS).• Maintaining a tracker on the new joinees to track their progress in onboarding process.• Responsible for creation of access requests for employees and coordinating other teams.• Responsible for conducting induction program for the new joinees. • Responsible for employee-related records, reports and updating changes in the system.• Releasing employee related official letters (Visa, Address, Employment letters...).• Responsible for payroll management and related queries. • Responsible to payroll inputs for exits, employee awards and employee allowances. • Responsible for employee engagement activities- coordination and execution.• Responsible for exit management including resignation tracking, exit clearance, relieving letter and related queries.
