• Designed, built from scratch, and deployed to Azure Cloud a SAS demo platform that would be used to bid for a $2 million contract with the VA. The platform takes medical clinical notes as input and creates records of patient objects in a database using RAG LLM technology consisting of LangChain, Llama 3, LlamaIndex, DeepSparse, Pinecone• Led development of a RAG Q&A Chatbot that allows you to ask questions about the content of medical consent forms• Drove the technology choices of React TypeScript Tailwind CSS frontend, Flask backend, Pyspark data pipelines, & HuggingFace transformer NLP models that consisted of our technology stack• Set up all DevOps infrastructure such as Azure, Databricks, John Snow Labs and crafted database schema that would represent our Patient objects on the frontend• Implemented the authorization and access of the platform using Auth0, handled storing and creation of User & Roles schemas within our Postgres database• Assigned user story tasks to the team using Jira, lead morning standup and end of week retro, managed the timeline of deliverables and reported status of the project to the CEO

Clinical Physiology Laboratory

Designed, validated and tested a Flexible PPG Device used to non-invasively measure bone, skin, and tissue hemodynamics. Testing included reproducibility trials, and validation against a current stiff PPG design via trials using a tilt table and vascular occlusion trials mimicking the blood flow seen in amputees
