As a Project Manager in the Hawk-Eye Tennis Department I am responsible for the planning, implementation and wrap up stages of various events on the ATP & WTA tours. Most notably I project manage the US Open Grand Slam and the Miami Open Masters 1000 Events; which includes taking the lead on client relations, and planning stages in the build up to the event; alongside the on-site management of our team of 90+ staff through rigging and operating the Live Electronic Line Calling system. The US Open 2023 was the first event which implemented a multi-court Video Review service on the tennis tour, providing reviews across the top 5 courts at this Grand Slam. 2024 saw this service increase to 8 courts.

Alongside, managing on-site operations across a variety of events I directly manage a group of 4 individuals with a variety of skills and experience levels. I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, from event expenses through to creating and defining personal development pathways and opportunities. Accountable for team members performance and standards.

As a Project Lead in Tennis, I manage delivery of WTA, ATP and ITF events through the planning, implementation and delivery phases. I am the main point of contact for tournament organisers, officials and broadcasters. Additionally, I have undertaken a project support role across some of the largest events on the tennis calendar, most recently and notably the US Open 2022. With Hawk-Eye Live technology utilised across all 17 courts, we are solely responsible for officiating and line calling in Flushing Meadows across every match from qualifying through to the singles finals.

Responsible for leading teams of operators at various tennis events on both the ATP & WTA Tennis Tours. As well as ensuring all services are delivered to the highest of standards on site, the role also involves pre-event organisation and liaising closely with clients prior to and at all stages during the event. Ultimately I am responsible for the services delivered at each of my events and for maintaining Hawk-Eye's reputation and integrity.

Working as part of various teams to set-up, test and operate the Electronic Line Calling (ELC) system at international sporting events around the world. During operations I was responsible for tracking the full trajectory of each ball, whilst also logging statistical data, or outputting statistical analysis to a variety of broadcasters.
