My passion and purpose for life is to assist with healing the lives of youth, and adults who struggle with addiction. I hope to empower individuals with tools that will enhance their quality of life for the enrichment of self, their families and community. I am also a creative who has self-published two books entitled " Shea Buttah's First Day of School" and " Shea Buttah and The Herbal Kids Presents: Herbal Affirmations". The Herbal Kids were created to bring joy to the lives of black and brown children everywhere. These lovable characters (Shea Buttah Johnson, Almond Joi Jones, Ginger Root Robinson, Thurgood James, Kwanzaa Davis) are the CULTURE and FUTURE, They are smart, funny, colorful, creative, spiritual, lovers of life, self and community. The Herbal Kids were created with the intention to bring joy back to reading and bringing families together. Reading enhances a child's imagination to create visions that will change the world.
