I have worked at Via Evaluation for several years on a variety of project types including participatory evaluation, data management, evaluation capacity building, survey development, and data analysis & reporting. Some of the programs I have worked with included reentry programs, treatment courts and afterschool programs. One focus of my evaluation work is to amplify the voices of the community members in partnership with program staff.I received my B.A. in Psychology and Health & Human Services as well as my M.A. in Psychology from State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. I have experience with a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research topics including psychopathology, adolescent development, and healthcare education.Before joining Via, I worked in multiple labs performing data collection, analysis, and reporting. The populations ranged from clinical patients to adolescents in the community to current dental students. I also acted as a research mentor as part of a committee within a dental office to encourage continued education among practitioners. In addition to my experience with research, I interned with programs related to the legal system. I performed case management with the Buffalo COURTS Program as well as assisted with mental health treatment at Erie County Forensic Mental Health Services.
