After close to three years at VIA, I was promoted to Evaluation Project Manager in Training. I have slowly taken ownership of several projects where I already had become responsible for many of the tasks, including client management. This natural development in my skillset has provided the opportunity for me to continue completing my smaller tasks as a Research Associate as well as larger project management strategies to ensure an appropriately robust project evaluation for clients.

As a senior research associate, I have been expanding my client management skills by working directly with clients on their projects. I have led client meetings and facilitated logic model sessions. I have also developed full reports to be submitted to clients directly.

My duties included​ conducting computer-assisted interviews for young adolescents and one of their parents. The two types of interviews involve surveys and computer tasks, ranging from one to three hours in length.
