- Lead region wide projects in collaboration with corporate HRIS & Business Technology departments to implement new systems or redesign existing systems to create efficiencies in the HR workflow.- Develop and implement meaningful HR analytics, such as KPI’s, and manage the reporting of those analytics.- Maintain HR business systems to ensure continued operation through testing and enhancements, working with internal resources and /or outside vendors to resolve problems.- Assess and improve overall HR workflow through system and procedural changes and user training; act as consultant to and advocate for HR Managers and key users.- Create documentation of system requirements, business processes, application configurations, test plans and end-user documentation to ensure shared understanding and to facilitate knowledge transfer.- Assist in reviewing, testing and implementing system upgrades.- Provide system training to end users.- Provide day to day system support to users, and facilitate resolutions of issues in a timely manner.- Audit and identify areas of improvement for data integrity.
