➢ Handling day to day transaction and updating in Tally 9 ERP like Cash, Bank, Sales, Purchase, Debit Note, Credit Note, Journals, Estimates, Purchase Orders, Receipt Note, Delivery Note & Etc.➢ Taxation (Karnataka VAT, Service Tax, GST, TDS, Equalization Leavy, Advance tax)➢ Maintain documents & registers as per various labour laws and filing monthly & statutory returns. (ESI, PF, PT, Shop & Establishment Act, Etc.).➢ Compile and present to the management, monthly P&L a/c, MIS reports Cash flow statement etc.➢ Prepare computation of taxable income of each employee. ➢ Export documentation.➢ Cost analysis after completion of each phase of project.➢ Control of accounts receivables & accounts payables.➢ Co-ordinating with statutory and internal auditors.➢ Payroll processing using tally ERP.➢ Reconciliation of TDS deductions client wise. ➢ Day to day cash and bank reconciliation.➢ Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.➢ Stock maintain in tally.
