Manages the software infrastructure supporting the Secretary of the Air Force, Secretariat, Air Staff and HAF/SAF component orgs. Oversee the system administration of specialized software development and testing servers providing a rapid response capability to the SecAF. Includes tracking, tasking, congressional reporting, finance, and logistics systems as well as a capability to rapidly architect and deploy customized IT solutions. Lead Architect for the www.marines.mil website integrating custom software with cutting edge Microsoft technology. Breaking ground as one of the first MOSS implementations, providing a secure global intranet and internet facing solution for USMC bases worldwide.

Modernized the IT systems used by the Secretary of State as well as the Secretariat/Executive Secretariat (S/ES) Information Resource Management (IRM) office. Examples included a new rapid response tool for the crisis management teams, upgrading the analog telephonic recording systems to digital, integration and secure communication capabilities across multi-agencies, asset tracking, and custom development of a suite of sensor based tools, integrated into a single dashboard, for the 24-hr watch standers.

Built a .NET web based solution to provide secure communications capability between the Joint Terrorist Task Force (JTTF), Military District of Washington at Ft. McNair and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and US Northern Command (NORTHCOM).

Built the Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) web site using .NET based technology to extend SharePoint. 1st Army in the Military District of Washington (MDW) was the Network Operations Center (NOC) for tracking suspicious activity in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Worked with ANG at Andrews AFB (now Joint Base Andrews) to build an internal asset management and tracking system.
