I joined CP as customer development trainee in Dec"22. Currently I am working in Pune as “Customer Development Executive”. Previously I was working in Mehsana zone. I was handling avg 2.5 CR business covering of North Gujrat. Managing 10 distributors with team of 22 salesman, 2 team leader and 1 merchandiser. My role and responsibilities- - Accountable for sales and distribution - Sales number planing and executions - Channel sale management - Driving business and growth - Working on productivity of salesman - Analyzing of data and trend of market to maximize achievement - Competitors analysis and trends - Customer satisfaction and negotiation Prior to this I have completed my PGDM from Pune institute of business management.
