I am an MBA graduate specializing in rural management, driven by a deep passion for environmental betterment and sustainable utilization of natural resources. Throughout my MBA journey, I had the privilege of undertaking three invaluable internships that significantly enriched my understanding of the sector. My first internship with JSLPS in Jharkhand allowed me to work in the social development domain, focusing on uplifting the socio-economic conditions of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs). This experience heightened my awareness of the importance of inclusive growth. In my second internship with Ambuja Cement Foundation in Bathinda, I contributed to women empowerment initiatives and revived traditional handicrafts in Punjab, fostering cultural preservation and economic empowerment. Lastly, at Ambuja Cement Foundation in Varanasi, I played a vital role in promoting organic vegetable farming, aligning with my commitment to sustainable agriculture. Currently, as a Project Associate in a Section 8 organization, I am engaged in addressing climate change, implementing carbon offset strategies, reducing carbon footprints, achieving carbon neutrality, and enhancing livelihood opportunities. Additionally, I handle social media management for the organization, leveraging digital platforms to create awareness and inspire positive action. I am motivated to make a lasting impact by integrating my passion for the environment with my expertise in rural management.
