Handled high volume and high-pressure target oriented roles, right from being an individual contributor to being Account Manager in leading other team members.• Coaches managers on interviewing skills and ensuring identification of the right talent for now and future of the organization.• Managing & publishing regular hiring reports with meaningful metrics and insights to internal and external stakeholders.• Support TA Lead with related audits and ensures no major findings; adheres to the process throughout the recruitment cycle.
