Providing NOC and Experience Certificates. Purchase of Mobile/ Laptops and monthly mobile reimbursements. All types of clearance and other matters of employees from entry to exit.✓Training & Development Section - Preparation of Training Calendar, Internship Policy,, Ideation Policy, Training Need Analysis, Proposal for Nominations, Coordinating, Facilitating & Conducting Training Sessions, Feedback and Implementation, Clearance of Training Bills,

i was posted in HR department and was responsible for 200 employees from entry to exit. I looked after recruitment, selection, training and development, manpower budgeting, appraisal and increment process establishment matters and matter related to Industrial relations. I was also responsible for the compliance for the company. I acted as nodal officer for handling employees grievance, EPF, ESIC. I was also looking after succession planning and retention management and was also involved in policy making.

As a part of SIP I was working as a management trainee in HAL Koraput.
