Have been extensively involved in new geography expansion ,strengthening human resources footprint in Utopia APJ,ANZ,Europe & Middle East .Currently managing HR operations for Utopia international geographies. Key player for onsite deployment and employment /contractual agreements. Human resource management in collaboration with country managers.

Was involved in human resource management and development for Attra ,performing the role of a Senior HR Consultant. Took up projects on ESAT survey, employee engagement ,HR Business Partner for Attra’s client in Pune & Hyderabad, extensively involved in employee welfare & employee relationship management in collaboration with Attra’s leadership team.

Started my professional career with client management role, managed and ran HR operations for 3 clients in my tenure of 4 years with The HR Practice.Developed HR policies, evolved HR best practices, conducted employee workshops, conducted employee surveys, developed employee handbook, campus recruitment .Was responsible for client management.
