• Conducting Enhanced Due Diligence on “at risk” high value customers in the retail sector to identify and mitigate risks posed to both the business and customer. • Assisting in the EDD process of 14 Casinos, making recommendations to licence holders regarding account management of customers; adhering to legislative guidelines including AML, Proceeds of Crime Act and the UK Gambling Commission regulations.• Supporting the Customer Verifications Manager by making recommendations in terms of Responsible Gambling, verification checks, AML and PEP statusThis involves using data and information using various techniques (both open source and direct customer interactions) to create a rounded view of individual customers activity and background to enable suitable management and review of business relationships; preparing and producing reports and documents as needed, communicating with outside agencies such as Police and NCA in terms of SAR submissions where necessary
