Setup the entire IT infrastructure and building a competent team responsible for IT Project transition. Involved collaboration with different teams, understanding application landscape across Citi and ensuring operating fundamentals are followed consistently. Responsible for establishing a Finance wide, cross-application, Centralized and Standardized end to end Infrastructure, Change Management Governance framework covering 90+ applications in Citi.Own, manage, govern and continually improve a number of Service Management processes across the entire client ecosystem consisting of a set of large Service Providers. Ensure Service Management processes are designed and managed to complement enterprise Agile/DevOps ways of working following Agile methodologies.

Act as liaison between the client and Maersk teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to stakeholders and explain performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime.
