I’m a seasoned IT Systems Engineer, analyst and methodological problem solver. I have worked with small to medium businesses and complex enterprise ICT environments gaining extensive knowledge relating to all facets of Technical, Problem Management, Application Management Services and Network Systems Support.Information technology is my passion, deploying and maintaining the latest IT systems play a key role in allowing businesses to improve processes, lower costs and gain a competitive edge.I have worked with Fujitsu projects to rollout new management systems and SOE’s across 40 government agencies. During this period I also provided 3rd level support for clients and created published documentation for management software processes. During the Government contract handover from Fujitsu to Connected Solutions Group (CSG), I transferred to CSG as a sole field engineer for 650+ users across 24 government agencies including Power and Water, Darwin transport agency and Darwin Health Services.
