Project: Redesigning a leading UK consumer bank’s digital experience, unifying the UI and user flows across both mobile and web platforms to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.Responsibilities included:• Conducted in-depth competitive analysis, uncovering best practices and emerging trends from top financial institutions to inform innovative design solutions.• Performed heuristic analysis to evaluate the current UI of the bank’s app and web version, identifying strengths and weaknesses to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.• Mapped information architecture by analyzing competitors’ categorization, labeling, and structuring of user flows for key banking actions, leveraging insights for the redesign.

Led and executed 25+ UX research projects across categories like foundational, usability testing, field and video ethnography. Worked with a range of industries spanning from tech, home decor, e-commerce to insurance, finance and automobiles.Projects involved working with diverse methodologies such as diary studies, in-person interviews, surveys and prototype testing.

Executed foundational qualitative research projects across industries such as insurance, design thinking and cyber security with leading global organisations.Facilitated a design thinking summit for corporate professionals from non-design backgrounds to meet, collaborate and learn about the importance and prevalence of design thinking.
