WAUC is a management consulting charity that empowers top university students to provide high-quality consulting services for not-for-profit organisations and charities, in order to help overcome challenges they may face and enhance their social impact.

The GiE outreach program works with high schools across WA to deliver hands-on learning experiences to showcase diverse STEM study and pathways. The program aims to address barriers faced by women considering STEM, including a lack of role models.As a GiE Student Ambassador, I act as a role model for the school students and inspire female students to take advantage of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) study and career pathways, focusing on areas of science where women are underrepresented through hands-on school workshops, community events and industry partnerships.

• Supervised Fraud, Complaint and inspection report branches wherein monitored daily cash reports and inspection reports of 248 offices under Rajkot Division.• Conducted internal Annual, Half-yearly and Service Quality audits of these offices• Handled customer complaints on Twitter, RTI Portal, CPGRAMS Portal and Walk-in complaints and resolved them within time frame mentioned in customer service charter of the department• Handled and represented the Department of Posts in court cases related to department in Supreme Court, High Court, Central administrative tribunals and civil courts and liaised with the standing counsels and public prosecutors.

• Coordinated general banking, insurance, mutual funds and Small and Medium Enterprise Loan processing Supervised work of associates and delegated tasks among them• Successfully completed RUSU (Rural and Semi-Urban) assignment in hard posting area, Pithoragarh in India and learnt key issues of banking at rural and semi-urban level• Accomplished recovery of bad loans from several non-performing assets (loan) accounts by monitoring and actively following up with debtors who were in default• Addressed key issues of customers of bank in polite and considerate manner and acted as consultant for them on various beneficial insurance and pension schemes provided by government for welfare of public through the bank.

• Monitored merchant accounts in backend of TRMS (Transaction Risk Management System) Department, MRI (Merchant Risk Investigation) process regarding fraudulent activities on amazon platform in US, Canada and Mexico domains.

• Analysed and resolved issues related to HP printers in 7t and 2q model line used in Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines• Ensured good customer service by Technical resolution team for HP printers
