Our team built an M&E tool for Free the Slaves' advocacy programs against modern forms of slavery across the world:- The tool captures a household's Socioeconomic Status (SES) which will be measured longitudinally to assess organisational impact on program beneficiaries' lives. - Tool was piloted in La Gonave, Haiti. The idea was to develop a process of building an M&E tool that can be localised to each geographic region it captures. - Uses mixed methods which involved creation of a semi-structured survey to be tested in a series of in-depth interviews (IDIs). The IDI process was used to benchmark and validate assumptions that were considered in the process of developing the tool. - Weights and a grading rubric was created for the tool.

Worked on a range of projects in sectors including, sanitation, education, entrepreneurship and skill development etc. across India. Most engagements were in major cities of the country and were centred around urban policy solutions and work-arounds for unique "urban conditions". External consultant for Girls in Tech India's Bootcamp 2016 for capability building among women entrepreneurs in the state of Telangana. Carried out an impact evaluation with Prof. Hilary Weber of the intervention using the Berkeley Innovation Index to measure impact.- Supported Project Management and Implementation- Supported data collection for the impact evaluation- Analyzed final output data (on the BII) and authored the final report for GIT India and the Government of Telangana

- Worked on a project commissioned by BBC World Service to understand media consumption and information dissemination in developing countries. - Worked as the Country Manager for India and Indonesia, and managing end to end execution of the project in both the countries.- Managed a team of 4-5 Assistant Research Managers, and 2 Transcribers in each country. - Responsibilities involved, planning, budgeting, staffing, data collection, cleaning and other tasks related to executing the research plan.- Worked in Germany on data cleaning and assisted the data analysis process. - Qualitative data collection coded and analysed using SPSS.
