At the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, I worked at the in-hospital radio station that provided entertainment for patients. Every week, I would host my own show called Monster Tales, where I would tell ghost stories to kids. I would also play games, and host trivia. Lastly, I would aid in the tech of of the studio and with the overall management of the studio.

I interned at Atrium Health. I mainly worked in the hospital lab, shadowing everyday activity and helping with various lab projects. Once a week, I would shadow a different department of the hospital.

In my cohort, I went to leadership and peace seminar that taught students about conflict resolution and peace building. Our cohort then designed our own service project to address a specific issue in the community. The next year I was a mentor for another cohort's project.

I interned at an organic chemistry lab at UNCC. I aided a master's student with his research in using silver compounds to kill cancer cells. I helped with lab reports, IR tests, synthesizing silver compounds, and melting point reactions.
