Current- Responsible for implementing security standards, altering programs, creating backups and resolving software problems to ensure a secure and efficient user experience.- Monitor the security of client's digital information like Website and Database servers, credit card processor credentials and transaction logs.- Modify software programs to improve performance by upgrading ColdFusion administration services and outdated ColdFusion functions used in the codebase of the website.- Implement security measures for client websites by deploying reCaptcha on website forms, checkout rate limit logic and IP restriction on IP addresses outside of the United States.- Provide website technical support for software maintenance or use to clients regarding the client’s CMS (Content Management Systems) or Admin portal.- Develop testing routines or procedures for clients and project managers to use during website or new feature deployment.- Deploy and maintain payment options like ApplePay, Credova, and Sezzle and credit card merchant portals like Shift4, OpenEdge and WorldPay.- Manage customer database details by adding AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption logic within the insert or update queries to keep up with PCI (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council) standards.- Insert website analytics and tracking methods like GA4 (Google Analytics 4) for clients to keep track of website interaction and plan marketing strategies.
