I'm Shreya Gupta, a fresh graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park. I pursued a business major with a focus on Information Systems at the Robert H. Smith School of Business and minoring in Technology Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation at the A. James Clark School of Engineering. My passion lies in driving digital innovation and business transformation, evident in my role as an Instructional Designer. In this role, I create digital assets for Canvas, ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines through the utilization of Excel and Word documents. Alongside, I'm a Technology Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation minor, gaining practical experience with the latest technologies. Serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair for the Women in Business Association at UMD, I'm dedicated to fostering a supportive sisterhood for business-oriented women by organizing DEI-focused professional and social events throughout the semester. As a brother of Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, I engage in networking events and skill development has significantly influenced my professional growth. Additionally, I'm an iTBT Fellow, immersing myself in activities that hone my skills in business intelligence, data analytics, and information technology for value creation. Before college, I had experience working with youth in tutoring in academics and coaching in robots and HTML coding. The tutoring position has allowed me to further develop my skills in communication and patience. The coaching position has allowed me further to develop my skills in technical knowledge, leadership, and being an active listener. I helped young girls learn HTML coding by organizing a 4-week summer camp.
