Steve oversees all property management issues, and furniture or equipment purchases, and leasing. Responsibilities also include Records Management, mail and photocopy functions (Office Services), office supply program, conference services, catering, housekeeping, parking, reception, and other similar functions. Steve oversees the hiring, management, performance evaluation process and salary administration for office administrators, legal secretarial staff, the office services department, and records staff.

WilmerHale is a leading global law firm. Role evolved through promotions over the years, beginning as Operations Supervisor, eventually growing to Director. Responsibilities included all Facilities Operations, including facilities staff, office services and reception in the firm's Boston and Waltham offices. Conducted numerous build-outs, including an in-place complete gut renovation of over 270,000 square feet completed over 6 phases. Firmwide contract administrator for outsourced office services function. Vendor relations, staff management and development and contract managment. Worked extensively with property management, architects, contractors and vendors.
