• Co-ordinating with the accounts department with regards to invoices and payment to vendors
• Fixing Rate Contract with regular vendors for uninterrupted supply of materials.

• Managing procurement which involves Inventory buying, battery purchase agreement maintenance, expediting and vendor database management Handling escalations and resolving queries of the team
• Generating Request for Quote (RFQ) in Oracle iProcurement to supplier and follow-up to get the quote.
• Process Purchase Orders (PO) as per requester requirement in Oracle iProcurement.
• Ensuring target is achieved as per Service Level Agreement.
• Follow-up of the deliveries with the distribution centers.
• Analyzing the order request from requester, coordinating with the inventory controller of sites to maintain minimum inventory of all items.
