-Direct and coordinate all activities related to employee on-boarding and new hire orientation.-Manage all activities related to employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities.-Provide HR support for 100+ employees located in CA, and outside the US on HR-related queries including employee relations and communications. -Main point of contact for all employee immigration cases. -Responsible for hosting exit interviews and acting on relevant feedback.-Support Recruiter and hiring managers as needed with pre-employment screening, liaise with recruiting agencies, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates. -Administer employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide. Benefit programs include: 401 (k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, workers' compensation, leave of absence.

-Immigration: Reviewing the beneficiary’s documents, coordinating, and communicating with the Immigration Attorney on filing process, clarifying immigration quires to the employees and managers. Performing the day to day functions in support of immigration processes for the employees. Hand on experience in processing H-1B applications and Green Cards as per the guidelines. Preparing the visa packages to employees traveling, providing visa interview briefing to the employees. Own and manage the process for all employees by solving queries, processing relevant paperwork and escalating when necessary.- Onboardings-Off-boarding-Benefit Administration - Recruitment Coordination - Handling employee queries.

-Sourced, reviewed and evaluated candidate applications and/or resumes in terms of related experience, education and skills.-Conducted preliminary screenings with candidates as per the requirements needed.-Responsible for the large volume location specify based recruitment scheduling process for candidates like performing telephonic screening, scheduling the interviews, preparing the interview package and took care of the end to end coordination with the Recruitment Mangers.
