A proud winner of the Top Innovators of 2013.• Roles and responsibilities included attending various technical discussion from the pilot phase of he prject including requirement gathering and technical design discussions. Involved in preparing test plan, test execution strategy and test cases from the pilot phase. Led the test execution at offshore for 2 years and responsible for on time and smooth delivery of functional testing. Prepared test exit and other QA metrics including RCA for post production defects. • In depth knowledge of the business that includes the functioning of healthcare in the United States and understanding of the payment technologies. Introduction to the enterprise payments and digital services of Citibank as part of their Retail banking Services (CRS). Worked closely with the vendor to ensure the timely closure of defects and obtain better knowledge of the patient and provider systems.
