-Teach students, from ages 3-18, how to swim and be safe in the pool.-Coach young children who are afraid of the water; slowly ease them in to basic techniques (floating, kicking, etc.) to gain confidence and feel comfortable.-Approach teaching the four main strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly) through a step-by-step method to ensure a timely advancement for children to learn the stroke. -Train newer instructors on basic teaching skills and requirements when leading a class.-Certified in CPR and First Aid instruction and application throughout my employment.
