Shruthi is the Strategic Partnerships Lead at Lever Fund. She is a social entrepreneur, facilitator, educator, media contributor, and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies and C-Suite executives. Shruthi has founded and been affiliated with several nonprofit organizations aimed at empowering women and children. An advocate for women’s rights, Shruthi has provided pro bono legal representation for Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) cases. She continues to lend her time and support to women’s leadership groups. A former corporate attorney, Shruthi leverages her legal background in addressing social issues, particularly those relating to health and wellness.

As a leader in the area of holistic health, Shruthi partners with integrative practitioners to improve the health of her clients using yoga and food-based nutritional therapies. Yoga is about MINDFULNESS and has the power to bring global health and peace to all, while building cultural bridges connecting all communities. On June 21, 2015, Reddy Set Yoga! will be hosting the first annual International Day of Yoga, in partnership with Eye On India Chicago, the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, the City of Chicago BACP, the Government of India, and the United Nations.Shruthi received her yoga teacher training through Moksha Yoga Center and her kids yoga specialty through Global Family Yoga. Shruthi has authored feature articles for various publications, including Chicago Woman Magazine, East West Magazine and Sahaara Magazine on women’s health, relationships, technology, art, culture, and the nuances of interesting human behaviors. In addition, she served as executive producer for Visual Possibility, and worked on a documentary project about battered immigrant women. She also represented Satish Menon's film "Bhavum" for screening and distribution and represented Anup Kurian's film "Manasarovar” at the London Film Festival. She was involved with the impact campaign for “The World Before Her” by filmmaker Nisha Pahuja and worked with the team on the impact campaign around the documentary “To Kill A Tiger” by filmmaker Nisha Pahuja.

Shruthi co-founded Indus Women Leaders (IWL), the first South Asian nationwide women’s network with over 2000 professional women. IWL's mission was to create a network to help women achieve their professional and personal goals and become leaders by unleashing their potential through a foundation of support, inspiration, and mentorship. The goal was to create a community of strong and successful South Asian women leaders who would also mentor the next generation of leaders. IWL focused on excellence in leadership, advocating for change, educating, and raising awareness of issues as they relate to women. In addition to her role as co-president, Shruthi served on the board of directors, the board of advisors, and as a strategic consultant on recruitment and retention.

In this role, Shruthi ran the Indian CEO Tech Council, founded by Reggie Aggarwal (CEO of Cvent.com) and Sanju Bansal (Vice-Chairman of Microstrategy). The Council quickly became one of the most powerful networking groups in the country. In 2001, the Council merged with TiE to become one of the largest global entrepreneurial groups with over 50 chapters.
