Exit Formalities  Ensure you have a formal resignation letter  Negotiation with employees if possible.  Organize, maintain and update Employee Files Non-Disclosure Agreement along with all relevant forms for the company’s security A final pay-check is prepared, which includes the documentation. Handover formalities.  Update IT permission and Access.  Exit Interviews.  PF & ESIC transfer. Exit from Mediclaim policy.
