Responsibilities: Responsible for formulating Recruitment and Selection Processes in a fast paced and full life cycle recruiting environment. Planning and implementing strategy for manpower for open requisitions, as well as pro-actively building pipeline of potential candidates to anticipate future hiring strategy. Processing offers, salary negotiation, offer and appointment letters, and reference and background checks for potential employees. Also, ensuring on-boarding of all new hires in the company followed by a robust induction and on-boarding process. Researching business group(s) industry competitors to be aware of market conditions (market mapping for benchmarking and projection) and identifying potential passive candidates. Conducting regular follow-up with hiring and Business managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Managing collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and senior management to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs. Recruitment – Middle & Senior Levels Understanding client organization & requirement. Preparing Job Description - Mapping down position specific competencies and KRAs in consultation with the client  Sourcing - Industry & competition mapping for critical & niche assignments as well as through Job portals, Social network, References & Database Candidate evaluation - Interviewing candidates for a thorough assessment  Offer & Benefits Negotiation - Strong experience in negotiation in challenging situations  Reference Checks - Conducting Reference Checks and as required, conducting Discreet  Lead generation, meeting & partnering with potential clients along with Vertical Head
